If you don’t wish to continue the service, please contact us 3 days before the given date to avoid the automatic renewal fee. If you don’t cancel, your card will be charged the renewal fee. All payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel before the end of the month’s pre-billing, credit will not be issued and your subscription/service will remain active through the end of the billed monthly period.
The subscription/service membership will be automatically renewed per your subscription terms however you may cancel at anytime. To cancel your service you simply need to notify us to cancel at least three (3) business days prior to your upcoming renewal day. You are billed immediately for your first 3, 6 or 12 months of service at signup/registration which is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel before the end of the 3, 6 or 12 months period, pre-billing credit will not be issued and your subscription/service will remain active through the end of the billed period.

Subscription and cancellation
Customers subscribing through credit card or any of the e-wallet payment methods available agree on engaging into a 1-year contract. Fees shall be paid on monthly basis. Customers are free to cancel their subscription (i.e. contract) at any given time without prior notice to Trading Alerts. However, failure to cancel the subscription on time will lead to the payment of a subsequent month, without the right of claiming for any subscription whatsoever.
Customer subscribing through any alternative payment method, including but not limited to the direct bank wire, money transfer or any other available method agree on manually renew their membership on monthly basis.
Shall the customer decide to use any of the tracking links to open an account and deposit with any of the recommended brokers agree on: (i) not-withdrawing the deposited money without having traded; (ii) verifying their trading account with that particular broker within 14 days after registration; (iii) placing at least 6 trades within the 30 days after registration.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions and/or any behavior that may lead to the cancellation of the trading account by the selected broker and the non-payment of the referral commission (CPA) to Trading Alerts shall result in the cancellation of the services provided by the later and the direct payment of the required fees by the customer.
TRADING ALERTS EXPLICITLY EXCLUDES THE POSSIBILITY OF TOTALLY OR PARTIALLY REFUNDING ITS CUSTOMERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. THUS CUSTOMERS SUBSCRIBING TO THE SERVICES OFFERED BY TRADING ALERTS EXPLICITLY AGREE ON NOT INITIATING ANY DISPUTE BEFORE THE SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD PROVIDER AIMING AT THE CHARGEBACK OF THE PAID FEES.
Customers accepting these Terms and Conditions explicitly acknowledge that the Trading Alerts does provide a service and not a product. Dissatisfaction with the provided services is not a reason for validly obtain a reimbursement of the paid fees before Trading Alerts and/or the selected payment method. Other unaccepted reasons include but are not limited to: (i) unwise risk management leading to unsuccessful trading; (ii) undiligent follow-up of the written signals and/or of the price levels provided live by Trading Alerts; (iii) dissatisfaction with regard to the amount of and/or the success rate reached by the written signal provided live on the Table; (iv) dissatisfaction with the selected broker even if this broker is included in the “recommended list” displayed on the Site, included but not limited to the poor performance of the trading platform and/or the refusal of withdrawal requests by the customer; (v) failure to cancel the subscription prior to the next billing cycle. It is the responsibility of buyer of service to notify of cancellation to Trading Alerts or take the appropriate steps to cancel subscription prior to the day of the next billing cycle. Failure to do so will results in a continuous billing cycle
In the event of any technical malfunctioning of the Site that could lead to the unfortunate trading performance of its customers, Trading Alerts shall at its sole discretion extend the paid license during a fair and reasonable time period. The extra credit must always be requested by the unsatisfied customer.
The personal account manager service offered through the Trading Alerts website does not constitute a financial or trading advisory service. TRADING ALERTS, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES INCURRED BY ANY COMMUNICATIONS ISSUED BY ITS PERSONAL ACCOUNT MANAGERS, OR THAT PROVIDED BY OUR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES.

Trading Alerts reserves the right to outsource on third parties the functioning of technical facilities, including but not limited to the trading platform required to run automated systems, the provision of price or any other automatized software and/or to allow manual trading replication.

Special promotional conditions
Trading Alerts reserves the right to freely launch public promotions and /or more benevolent conditions directed at increasing the amount of customers. Trading Alerts is free to extend such special new conditions to its existing customers. In all cases must existing customers request for such extension. Failure to request and/or the decision of not extending special promotional conditions to existing customers shall not entitle the latter to any sort of compensation.
